I sincerely have a terrible relationship with my mother. My only solace being that it's a better relationship than my three older sisters have with her. Nevertheless, I always have this tiny thought in the back of my mind that maybe it would be a better relationship if she knew how to text or communicate in some place OTHER than through calls and in-person communication. Maybe it would even be helpful if she had a smartphone and I could share my location with her. It should be noted, though, that the type of communication is not what broke me and made me move out with her and take up a couch with Mandi for the time being. No matter what, I just don't think this is a person that is easy to live with.
