Check Your Station

I was watching the linked video here, and wondered about a new friend I made recently. She lives in the University City part of Philadelphia, and made mention of not really wanting to take public transportation at night. Indeed, the more sought out option would be to get an Uber, or Lyft.

And I do always wonder how much of that is the surrounding station environment, the station itself, or just public transport as a whole - and all of their relation to crime and assault.

If I get any more info on it, I'll post it up here. I don't want to venture guess on this just yet.
