Covering a Cover

I hope Andrew Sullivan doesn't mine me taking his title to this post:

similarities between the version of "Baby Got Back" that appeared on Glee in October and its cover by the Internet musician Jonathon Coulton 

I forget if I made an actual post about it, or just a screed on Facebook, but Glee (in the one season I gave it to see if sucked or not; it did suck by the way) has done this before, countless times.

And my favorite example was them doing a pitch perfect intro rendition of this:

I love the one time where I got to something before Andrew Sullivan and the rest of the internet did. I just wish I posted about it at the time.
